Adam Marton’s love is bringing “real people” to the screen in a very honest way. He offers a “no bones about it” approach to production that helps both non-actors and professionals to communicate on camera in an intimate, free-form, and emotive way. His relaxed, honest and sincere style was developed early in his career when he was cutting his director’s teeth interviewing celebrities for shows like Entertainment Tonight, Extra, Hard Copy, Access Hollywood and Inside Edition. Marton has worked with Mickey Rooney, Britney Spears, Christiana Aguilara, Mick Jagger, George Clooney, David Schwimmer, Ed McMahon, Presidents Bush & Obama, and the kids of Off The Street Club.
For the world of Broadcast TV, Marton directed the Emmys in Chicago for a decade. He also produced and directed PBS’s show “The History Makers,” as well as projects for ABC Sports, ESPN, MTV, HGTV, Court TV, History Channel, Learning Channel, ABC, NBC, CBS and the Food Network’s hit show Emeril Live. He is as comfortable working in a traditional TV control room as he is in the world of cinema verite, episodic and dramatic programming.
Marton has produced and directed commercials and films for Proctor & Gamble, Burger King, Kellogg’s, Coca Cola, Exxon Mobil, Mercury Marine, Miller Coors, Quiznos, Glad Bags, Hidden Valley Dressings and Home Depot. Marton has served on the advisory boards of the Gene Siskel Film Center, Columbia College’s Television Department and The National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences.
Adam Marton is a highly involved conservationist, outdoors man and fly fisherman. When not filming, he spends much of his time working with people in his other business The Fieldworkers Club, trying to create a Colorado Blue Spruce Forest in northern Wisconsin, chasing bonefish, tarpon and permit in Belize and working hard to make sure our children’s children will be able to enjoy the same opportunities in the out-of-doors as we do today.
We could put a picture of some mega-star that we worked with above. But, that wouldn't demonstrate what we have to offer. Our job is to create arresting motion picture images that capture the imagination and motivate audiences to re-consider the status quo. If a picture is worth a thousand words, our films deliver a library of stories.
My grandfather's favorite phrase to live by was; "You can't stop the dawn". The promise of the new opportunities of the unstoppable coming day. 100% of the films we've made over the years have been to support the growth of our client's businesses all over the world. As the new days unfold before us we will continue to make our client's priorities our priorities and do what is best for our clients every time.
